Lead Handoff to Sales

For pre-sales activities that are occurring (marketing, relationship building via consultants, SMEs, delivery/CSMs), those team members should keep their notes in their own system of record until the prospect expresses interest in a sales conversation. From there, they will email Jay Stewart at jay.stewart@corltech.com and allsales@corltech.com for a handoff to which the salesperson will create the contact record in HubSpot and add notes into the record.

Sales Won - CRM and Handoff

Send a "Closed Won" email to: contracts@corltech.com, allsales@corltech.com, slt@corltech.com, and depending on the business unit of the contract either the Delivery or the CSM PMO team managers, and that corresponding team lead, with the following template:

Hi Team,

Please see attached client documents for customer. We have signed a service line for $amount. Brief purpose and goals of the client (ex: this is being driven by the board and he needs to have the SRA completed before presenting to them in December).
