How can I view open renewals for Meditology?

Meditology Open Renewals:

Overview: The reports included in this article are: 2023 Active Renewals by Business Unit, Active Renewals Pipeline Total (Net) by Month, Renewal Active Pipeline by Deal Owner, Renewal Deals Expected to Close this Month (Net), and Renewal Deals Expected to Close the Quarter (Net).

1. Viewing Meditology Renewals through the Renewals Dashboard:

To view all closed won navigate to the dashboard view in HubSpot. This can be done by selecting the Reports tab at the top of the HubSpot page and selecting dashboards. If this option is not available to you, reach out to your HubSpot Administrator for access. 

Once inside the dashboard view, search for the "2023 Renewals Dashboard" by clicking the current dashboard name in blue (in the screenshot below, this is "CORL Financial Dashboard").

In this dashboard, you can view open renewals by business unit by navigating to the report "2023 Active Renewals by Business Unit". Click on the number, $1,726,378.00, Meditology Total (Net) In Currency, and a detailed list of closed won bookings for Meditology will appear. Please note: these are example numbers. You must go to the dashboard for the updated information. 

You can export these deals by selecting "Export" in the top right corner.

You can also clone this report and add it to a personal dashboard for future use. For a detailed explanation on cloning reports, visit the article "How can I clone an existing report?" in the FAQ's section.

You can also view active renewals by month and by owner. The reports below contain Meditology, CORL, and renewals that have both business units, but you can see the Meditology renewals are orange. To view the deals inside each bar in the "Active Renewals Pipeline Total (Net) by Month" report, click the respective bar and a detailed list of each deal will populate. You can export those numbers by hitting "Export" in the top right corner after clicking into the bar. 

In order to view the deals in the "Renewal Active Pipeline by Deal Owner" report, click the number next to the rep . Note: double check that you are selecting the number under the Meditology Total (Net) in Currency column. 

Other useful reports for open renewals in the 2023 Renewals Dashboard are "Renewal Deals Expected to Close this Month (Net)", and "Renewal Deals Expected to Close the Quarter (Net).
