Dashboard Breakdown and Definitions:

Definitions:

• Net - Total amount excluding any reseller payout
• New – New company or logo
• Upsell – Existing account that paid more than the expected renewal amount or for additional services
• Renewal – Existing account that renewed for the same product/service
• ACV – Annual Contract Value (money made for a specific calendar year)
• TCV – Total Contract Value (total amount of money made for the contract, includes multiple years)
